Meet The Chef

Hi! My name is Zanuba and I am the owner and chef of Zanu's Kitchen. I am a Tamilian born in the small village of Kayamozhi in Tamil Nadu, South India. I have always had a great passion for cooking, especially South Indian cuisine. I moved to America in 1981, and have lived here ever since. Although I moved from my country so many years ago, my passion for cooking my native food still continues. I love cooking for my family and friends! They are the ones who motivated and encouraged me to start selling my food. Their encouragement and support is the driving force behind creating Zanu's Kitchen! 

 

My goal is to introduce my roots to everyone through my cooking. I love seeing the smiles on people's faces when they try my food! I hope to meet more people and see more smiles through Zanu's Kitchen. My menu is composed of my own recipes including a variety of South Indian, North Indian, and even some Italian dishes! I hope you enjoy looking through the menu and look forward to introducing my food to you!
